Pentagon Chair –
A chair inspired by nature
The Pentagon Chair captures the organic structure of a leaf and transforms
it into a unique piece of seating. Its curved shape stems from the natural deformation of a plant leaf, while 33 individually shaped wooden elements reflect the delicate geometry of the leaf veins. The soft seat recess provides
a striking contrast to the raw, unadulterated back – a sign of the material's acceptance in its original form.

Exhibition stand at the Leipzig Book fair
The Leipzig Book Fair attracts thousands of visitors every year with a diverse range of offerings in literature and media. The end of books has been debated
for 25 years – ever since the internet slowly but surely took over the role of the universal library as humanity's information repository. But there seems to be something about this thousand-year-old storage medium that suggests the era
of the book is far from over. The trade fair booth is entirely in keeping with the importance of books to each and every one of us and thus demonstrates the relevance of the medium for our society.
"For when humanity stops reading, it stops thinking.
And when it stops thinking, it abolishes itself."
